The project
As a Kidswear Design Specialist you are responsible for designing and developing the complete Hackett London Boyswear collection.
What will the role entail?
- Manage the design process from concept to final product.
- Conduct trend research and analysis specific to the kidswear market.
- Sketch and develop original designs for all categories.
- Create detailed technical packages (tech packs) for garment production.
- Select fabrics, trims, and other materials for each design.
- Collaborate with the production team and garment tech.
- Participate in fit sessions and provide feedback.
- Maintain an organized archive of designs, fabrics, and trims.
- Manage the PLM system, including uploading tech packs and BOMs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
- At least 4 years of experience
- English C1
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM
- Creative and innovative thinker.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
