The project!
As a Store Design & Project Manager Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our retail spaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that store environments are aligned with the company’s brand image, optimized for customer engagement, and configured to drive sales.
What will the role entail?
- Develop and implement store designs that reflect the brand and identity, enhancing customer flow and maximizing retail space efficiency.
- Analyse and plan optimal use of retail space, ensuring that layouts facilitate a seamless customer journey, enhance visibility of key products, and improve overall store performance.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create engaging product displays, aligning design elements with marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Ensure consistency with the brand & visual standards.
- Select and design store fixtures, furniture, and materials that are both durable and in line with the brand & image. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design elements.
- Ensure that all store designs maintain a cohesive look and feel that reflects the brand & identity across all locations.
- Lead the execution of store design projects, managing all phases from concept through completion. Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure timely communication with contractors, architects, and store teams for smooth installations and build-outs. Use project management tools to track progress, monitor risks, and resolve issues promptly.
