Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Share your passion for the brand with your team, support the Store Manager and the internal development of employees.
  • Sales: Together with the Store Manager, achieve business goals and KPIs. Engage your sales team through action plans and ensure a careful brand image is maintained throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Experience: Attract and retain customers through attention to detail and the highest quality of service.
  • Shop Administration: Ensure compliance with processes regarding inventory, stock management, cash register, and daily reports.

Requirements

You are: Motivated, energetic, sociable, and a team player. Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative. Willing to learn new skills that will help you build an exciting career with us. Fashion is your passion. Analytical, able to set priorities, and possess strong organisational skills. You know how to lead your team to success and lead by example. You have experience in leading sales teams, sales monitoring, and customer service.

Your Skillset: At least two years of experience in fashion retail, fluent English (minimum level B2), results-oriented.
