Das Projekt
Als Store Manager repräsentierst du das Image und die Werte der Marke an vorderster Front und übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für das effektive Management der Storeabläufe sowie des Teams. Darüber hinaus stellst du ein Höchstmaß an Kundenzufriedenheit sicher, erreichst Umsatzziele, überwachst das Bestandsmanagement und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Verkaufsteams.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten der Position
- Teammanagement: Du führst das Team und vermittelst deine Leidenschaft für das Unternehmen und die Marke. Dabei stellst du alle notwendigen Werkzeuge zur Verfügung, um die Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern.
- Vertrieb: Du steuerst Verkaufsstrategien sowie die Erreichung kommerzieller Ziele und KPIs, motivierst das Verkaufsteam durch Aktionspläne und gewährleistest Exzellenz im gesamten Verkaufsprozess sowie in der Markenpräsentation.

Anforderungen
- Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Modeeinzelhandel.
