The project! As a Wholesale Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation across wholesale partner stores, showrooms, and trade events. This role involves implementing visual merchandising strategies, window installations, training retail partners, and optimising product displays to drive sales and brand awareness.
What will the role entail?
- Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial needs.
- Assist in creating engaging in-store and window displays that bring brand concepts to life and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and international teams to support store openings, renovations, events, and showroom visual direction.
- Help implement and maintain global visual merchandising guidelines across locations, monitoring consistency and gathering store feedback.
- Contribute to in-store training and cross-functional initiatives that embed brand principles into visual merchandising practices.
- Remain adaptable and supportive in a fast-evolving environment, working closely with team members to respond to changing store and customer needs.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising for Apparel/Fashion.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent in English. Other languages will be valued.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe and Office Packages.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with good communication skills to work across different teams.
- Interest in learning and developing skills in visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Basic understanding of fashion trends, store layouts, and consumer behaviour.
