What we are looking for:
We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team! Your main goals will include transmitting enthusiasm for the brand to the sales team, supporting daily store operations, working closely with the Store Manager, and driving sales through product knowledge and team management. Our aim is for every client to experience and share our brand identity, encouraging repeat visits to our stores. We need you to make this happen!

Key responsibilities:
- Team Management: Inspire and develop your sales team, supporting the Store Manager.
- Sales: Lead the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs, maintaining a strong brand image.
- Customer Experience: Build customer loyalty through attentive service and attention to detail.
- Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventory management, stock control, cash handling, reporting, and scheduling.
