The project! As a Store Design & Project Manager Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our retail spaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that store environments are aligned with the company’s brand image, optimised for customer engagement, and configured to drive sales.
What will the role entail?
- Develop and implement store designs that reflect the brand and identity, enhancing customer flow and maximising retail space efficiency.
- Analyse and plan optimal use of retail space, ensuring that layouts facilitate a seamless customer journey, enhance visibility of key products, and improve overall store performance.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create engaging product displays, aligning design elements with marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Ensure consistency with the brand & visual standards.
- Select and design store fixtures, furniture, and materials that are both durable and in line with the brand & image.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design elements.
- Ensure that all store designs maintain a cohesive look and feel that reflects the brand & identity across all locations.
- Lead the execution of store design projects, managing all phases from concept through completion.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely communication with contractors, architects, and store teams for smooth installations and build-outs.
- Use project management tools to track progress, monitor risks, and resolve issues promptly.
