Key responsibilities of the role:
- Customer Service: Resolve queries, manage transactions and offer excellent service with full product knowledge.
- Sales: Achieve personal and store objectives aligned with the KPIs.
- Store Image: Maintain the store according to brand image, with an organised stockroom and timely replenishment.
- Loss Prevention: Minimise stock loss and ensure inventory control.
- Professional Conduct: Adhere to dress code, collaborate in meetings, support colleagues, follow safety regulations and represent the brand.
- Store Management: Carry out opening/closing of the store and manage administrative tasks.
Experience in the sector for 2 years minimum. Training cycle. Additional languages would be desirable although not essential.
