We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior executives at board level. This is a fast-paced, high-trust position requiring exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Handling confidential correspondence and document preparation
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Preparing briefings, reports, and presentation materials for executive use
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior support role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages such as Italian or French are an advantage)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
