Skills and Competencies

  • 7+ years' experience in product marketing or product management at B2B technology companies
  • Insurance or risk management industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in global marketing roles, growth marketing organizations, and the use of AI technologies
  • Strong communications skills; history of speaking at events and driving content flow for videos, webinars, demos, and more
  • Not just a great communicator, but also a good listener; able to read the room, identify opportunities, and simplify the complex
  • Knows how to design a powerful presentation and understands modern marketing, leveraging social and other mediums to extend reach and opportunity
  • Highly developed written communications skills and a proven creative thinker with innovative product marketing ideas
  • Skilled at partnering cross-functionally to drive business decision-making; strong team player mentality able to work with many different teams, personalities, and initiatives
  • Must be able to work onsite at our London office at least two days per week to support collaboration and team engagement
