Join us as a Workday Specialist VP at Barclays, where you will lead the end‑to‑end technology development for defined HR Value Streams / Journeys, within the Global HR Technology service provision. You will partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap, which fully exploits our investment in Workday, ServiceNow and other supporting platforms. The role will be a key face‑off into the HR Colleague Experience Team, in support of our ongoing transition to an Agile Value / Journey aligned delivery model. Reporting locally to the HR CIO and with a matrix line into the Global Workday Platform Owner, the role will lead a global pool of resources on a matrix basis.
To be successful as a Workday Specialist VP, you should have:
- Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday
- Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system)
- Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle)
- Talent development experience
