Job Description
You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection withour customers core business.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Work with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and test management tools.
