About The Role
Join one of its airports's Data & Insight Team and help drive a truly data-led culture across the organisation. In this senior role, you'll shape how the airport uses data to improve customer experience, enhance operational performance and support strategic decision making.
As a data SME, you'll partner with departments across the airport to build reliable, insightful data products and deliver high-quality analytics that uncover trends, solve operational challenges and demonstrate the value of data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a senior team member, deputising for the Head of Data & Insight, providing thought leadership and supporting Performance Analysts.
• Deliver accurate, actionable insights from multiple data sources; lead deep-dive analysis into performance and system issues; manage delivery of key data outputs. xsabvtc
• Support operational performance reviews with clear reporting and insight, ensuring consistent standards and trusted data across the airport.
