What You’ll Do
- Ship end‑to‑end features for our web platform, taking full ownership of the technical stack from concept to launch.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve existing or newly identified prioritized defects.
- Champion engineering excellence by writing clean, testable code and following industry‑standard best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share ideas and knowledge among your peers.
- Build an understanding of product and technology for owned domain areas.
- Integrate core pillars, including accessibility, security and performance, into every stage of the development lifecycle.
- Scale our design system by developing reusable, accessible components in Tailwind CSS and documenting them within Storybook to ensure UI consistency.
- Manage headless content delivery by architecting and maintaining integrations with Contentful, ensuring a seamless bridge between structured data and the frontend.

Who You Are
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web standards
- Strong proficiency in React and its core principles
- Experience in creating rich user interfaces and custom components with a focus on user experience and quality
- Experience with version control tools, preferably Git
- Understanding of CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest
- Experience with feature flagging/AB testing
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
