We are seeking a commercially astute, strategically minded VP of People with a proven track record of scaling People functions in high-growth, complex environments.
With over a decade of progressive People leadership experience, you will operate as a true enterprise-level People leaderequally comfortable setting global strategy and driving operational excellence.
You will bring deep experience in building and evolving People functions from first principles, navigating ambiguity, and enabling international expansion across multiple jurisdictions.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping organisational capability, culture, and long-term business performance.
