We have a new opportunity for an Facilities Administrator to join our dedicated team in Wallingford.
As an Facilities Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our office whilst providing facilities/administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.

Please note: This role is based in our Wallingford office 5 days per week, MondayFriday.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are kept organised and well stocked - there will be a considerable amount of manual handling.
Taking charge of managing the cleanliness of client meeting rooms.
Assisting with stationery orders.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained
Administration of security passes.
Performing other ad hoc related duties as required.
Requirements
Two years experience in a facilities administration role would be an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office Skills Outlook, Excel and Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Have a flexible approach to work and be a self starter
A working knowledge of health and safety would be an advantage but not essential.
Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford
