Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office (GPO) Directors to operationalise BNY’s global privacy framework.
- Produce timely, accurate enterprise privacy metrics and insights.
- Allocate and monitor the completion of agreed privacy tasks, providing support to stakeholders in understanding and executing allocated tasks.
- Undertake risk‑based reviews of deliverables to ensure they are completed to required quality standards before closing actions.
- Work with GPO leadership to manage and ensure timely responses to Internal Audit and Compliance Monitoring requests and remedial actions.
- Leverage technology (e.g., AI) to develop and implement improvements to BNY’s privacy framework, to help ensure the program remains highly effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within financial services or a similar data‑driven and regulated environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient with technologies such as ServiceNow, Jira, MS Office suite; experience with OneTrust and MS CoPilot/similar would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements.
- Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes.
