Working as the Sustainability Apprentice at our offices in Leeds City Centre (hybrid role), you will work towards a Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship over 15-20 months. As our Sustainability Apprentice, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with the Sustainability team and other departments to promote the company’s Journey to Net Zero strategy and other initiatives
- Coordinate the company’s network of colleague Sustainability Champions
- Monitor industry and market trends on sustainability
- Support the team with continued certification to ISO 14001
- Help collate and analyse environmental data for annual reporting
- Engage with our charity partners to achieve company fundraising goals
What You’ll Already Have
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4)
- Genuine interest in sustainability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject
- Must have been a resident in the UK for three years
