Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join Wise Business Squad, our international business account. The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth. An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day-to-day finances.

We’re hiring for a Senior Product Analyst to join the Accounting Integrations & Reporting (AIR) team within Wise Business. The AIR team is on a mission to make Wise the most accountant-friendly business account globally - connecting businesses to 15+ accounting platforms across 15+ markets, enabling automated bank feed sync, expense reconciliation, and financial reporting.

As Wise Business moves up-market to serve larger and more complex businesses, accounting software integrations become table stakes. For medium and large businesses, seamless connectivity between their bank account and accounting tools like Xero, QuickBooks, etc is a fundamental expectation. It is one of the key enablers for businesses to expand their share of wallet with Wise and for Wise to win and retain the customers at scale.

The team is looking to grow active accounting connections by 2x over the next year. Anyone joining the analytics function for this team will be at the forefront of helping drive this growth - shaping where we expand, how we convert, and what we build next.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Derive actionable insights from data to drive the team’s strategy and inform product decisions - from understanding why customers drop off the integration funnel to quantifying the business impact of new software launches.
  • Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop compelling narratives to help the team understand progress towards our mission and identify where to focus next.
  • Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities across coverage expansion, funnel conversion, and retention, find ways to accelerate what’s working or advocate for better alternatives.
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self-serve - creating the foundational data infrastructure the team needs to scale.
  • Take ownership of critical analytical projects to help unblock key product decisions, ranging from sizing the opportunity in new markets to measuring the incremental value of accounting integrations on customer retention and usage.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Skills: 3+ years of experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re an expert in SQL, with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries to transform large complex datasets. You have experience building and owning automated data pipelines with tools like dbt or Airflow. You know how to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and analytical outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking: You have experience with at least one of: funnel analysis, customer segmentation/cohort analysis, or metrics decomposition. You structure problems before diving into data and know how to find the signal in the noise.
  • Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment. You identify high-impact opportunities and make them happen. You triage requests by impact and know when to go deep versus deliver 80/20 results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicator - you cut through the noise, communicating what matters in a way that people get it. You craft dashboards and visualisations that tell a story and have diagnostic power.
  • Collaboration: You partner effectively with PMs, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle. You know how to influence using data and when to say yes or no to maximise impact.

Please note we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Nice To Have But Not Essential

  • Prior experience in the B2B space - understanding business customers’ financial, accounting, and reconciliation needs.
  • A/B testing or causal inference experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting software ecosystems (Xero, QuickBooks, DATEV, Sage, etc.).

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
