Barclays Payments is seeking a Financial Controls Lead to design, implement and embed the financial control framework for a newly established Barclays Payments business. In this role, you will own policies, processes and governance, integrating controls into BPL, building a scalable operating model to support long-term growth. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Tax, Treasury and Risk to ensure controls operate effectively, including testing and evidence of compliance.
