British Airways is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders, shaping people plans that boost performance, resilience and colleague experience. You’ll anticipate issues, use data to identify opportunities and guide balanced decisions in a unionised setting.

You’ll collaborate with Employee Relations and trade unions, lead organisational change, coach leaders, and help develop HR ways of working to simplify processes and improve the experience for both colleagues.
