You'll be responsible for managing product specifications from concept through to launch, ensuring compliance, accuracy and regulatory excellence every step of the way.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
You'll ideally have:
Experience managing the end-to-end specification process within a food manufacturing, retail or foodservice environment.
A degree-level qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of legal food labelling requirements, allergens, nutrition and food composition.
Significant experience reviewing, validating and approving packaging artwork and consumer-facing product information.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for a variety of audiences.
A meticulous approach and the confidence to challenge inaccuracies when reviewing technical documentation.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with specification management systems and technical databases.
A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve ways of working.
