Join our dynamic Environment Management Team and lead non-production test environments across Fulfilment & Order Management (with some exposure to Store Operations). You’ll own environment strategy, provide governance, and act as the key escalation point for non-prod issues. This is a hands‑on leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of environment management as we transition to hybrid cloud and DevOps ways of working. Play a key part in driving continuous improvement while contributing to an exciting team transformation.

Please note that this role can be based from our London Paddington, Southampton or Yeovil office with an expectation of 4 days per month in the office.

  • Own and manage non-production test environments for your domain
  • Acting as the primary environment point of contact
  • Analyzing new demand (timelines, stakeholders, requirements)
  • Defining Route to Production and ensuring process adherence
  • Drive Environment Optimisation And Future Capability, Including
    • Advancing “Environments on Demand”
    • Capturing configuration changes for the CMDB
    • Participating in Agile/Sprint ways of working
  • Lead Issue Resolution And Governance, Including
    • Coordinating non-prod incident and request escalations
    • Communicating updates, ETAs, and driving resolution
    • Promoting consistent processes and improving ways of working
  • Contribute To Team Strategy And Transformation, Including
    • Supporting strategic objectives
    • Playing a key role in the team’s maturity and evolution

Required Skills & Experience

  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving change

  • Technical background beneficial but not essential
