Youll be a hands-on senior engineering lead and people manager, responsible for modernising the mainframe developer experience and SDLC across the UK, USA and Mexico, shifting teams from traditional mainframe SCM to a GitHub-centred model, standardising tooling and golden paths, and improving productivity through automation and responsible AI-assisted engineering while owning end-to-end delivery of developer tooling capabilities (including production-grade APIs), acting as a senior technical escalation point, and leading a team of 58 engineers.
Youll collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to standardise practices and deliver a consistent developer experience.
