We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. You’ll support the UK Technology domain, working closely with the Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking CIOs. Partnering with senior, executive-level stakeholders, you’ll be expected to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. This role is central to the effective day-to-day operation of the UK Technology domain. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a structured and process-driven approach, and a genuine passion for organisation to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
  • Support offsite planning (as and when required)
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation requirements; including visa requirements & complete expenses in a timely manner
  • Adhoc tasks provided as and when assistance is required
  • Handle all communication including post, calls and ensuring prompt response or escalation where necessary
  • Prepare documents for meetings when required
Qualifications
  • Experience of working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant supporting MD/Exec level stakeholders is mandatory
  • Experience of working in technology beneficial
  • Excellent written and oral communication, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong capability to build and maintain effective working relationships in a virtual environment, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders based in different locations
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters at the highest level
