What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Solid experience in a User Experience Design role and comfortable delivering user focused, insight driven, accessible digital products with minimal guidance.
  • A proven understanding and application of fundamental principles of UI Design (e.g. use of grids and spacing, hierarchy, typography and colour).
  • Experience facilitating and driving workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment.
  • Understanding the opportunities and limitations of the technology that the design solution will be expressed in, and using your experience to influence implementation decisions.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and give constructive feedback on process improvements and contribute to the structural design of an interface.
  • Experience mentoring and training junior members of the team, helping shape the design process established by the UX Lead.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in Service Design would also be an advantage.
