Join us as a Senior UI/UX Designer – a critical component of our Agile Transformation Strategy. You will help embed Human‑Centred Design across our delivery tribes and work on products for private banking and wealth management customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback into banking products and services, collaborating with product managers and developers.
  • Create intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications to provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Design and maintain visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines across digital products.
  • Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development.
  • Incorporate accessibility considerations to ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users.
  • Monitor industry trends, design best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation of banking products.

  • Provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures to support the control and governance agenda.
  • Own risk management and strengthen controls related to the work performed.
