Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and drive revenue growth through pipeline generation in enterprise accounts. You will generate qualified leads with senior decision-makers and work closely with Account Executives to convert opportunities into new business.
You should have significant SDR or Business Development experience (12–24 months) and be looking to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Hackajob promotes high-performing SDRs and provides opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities with companies that fit our Enterprise Technical Recruitment Solution.
- Communicate the challenges our personas face and hackajob’s value proposition clearly and effectively.
- Generate qualified opportunities each month via multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture whitepaper leads and provide feedback to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to uncover pain points and gaps in current workflows.
- Own your prospecting pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene with up-to-date records.
The opportunity
You’ll receive coaching and training to develop core skills in the following areas:
- Account identification – spotting triggers indicating high conversion probability.
- Executive presence – tailoring messaging and mirroring prospect energy; adapting messaging by persona (e.g. ATL vs BTL).
- Cold calling – weekly reviews with your manager on structure, tonality, discovery questions, objection handling, and roleplays.
- Emailing – regular audits to improve messaging and personalization at scale.
- Ongoing weekly sales training with the wider team.
