Senior Product Manager - Wholesale Lending
This role involves taking ownership of wholesale lending products end-to-end, from creating and launching new solutions to improving efficiency and adapting existing offerings to meet evolving business and customer needs. The product manager will manage governance, lead stakeholder forums, navigate compliance and legal requirements, assess bank and market risk, and maintain commercial relevance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy for financial products and services offered within the wholesale division.
- Identify investment opportunities and customer needs to create new products or enhance existing ones.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing management, and oversee service levels.
- Analyze market data to inform product positioning and pricing decisions.
- Assess and manage risks associated with lending products, implementing risk mitigation strategies and participating in governance forums.
- Oversee regulatory and technological change.
