  • Strategic Market Expansion & Commercial Ownership: Identify, size, and prioritise new markets and product use cases across the MEA region. You will own the P&L inputs and drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from regulatory scoping to launching and scaling services to ensure customer value and clear differentiation.
  • Product Localisation & Customer Convenience: You will become the product domain expert on customer needs and local financial regulations. Balancing going deep into regulator requirements and licensing obligations whilst driving deep product localisation to offer superior convenience to our customers.
  • Scalability & Resilience: You will define and build scalable controls and infrastructure that expand seamlessly as your product footprint grows. This involves designing resilient systems and processes (KYC, AML, fraud prevention) that comply with diverse local regulations and mitigate risk. Your focus is ensuring rapid expansion is achieved without sacrificing safety, compliance and resilience of the Wise platform.

This role will give you the opportunity to choose your path to impact. We believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with your team to create a vision of your own. Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls while being accountable for your decisions.

Build money without borders for MEA. You will be building a product that helps billions of customers and businesses send and receive money across the globe, unblocking their ability to fully benefit from Wise’s mission of money without borders. Your primary focus will be to go deep into local customer demands and regulations to unblock the core Wise product, making it fully available and compliant in markets currently underserved by global finance.

Be on the forefront of solving a complex technical challenge. The MEA region presents unique complexity in scaling our infrastructure. As the PM, you will be at the forefront of this technical challenge, allowing you to flex your creative muscles to solve global issues.
