About The Role

We’re now looking for a Senior Finance Manager – Process & Controls to play a pivotal role in strengthening our financial governance, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring robust controls across the organisation. This role is critical to safeguarding the integrity of both financial and non-financial reporting in a fast-paced, market-leading business with big ambitions.
Success In This Role Looks Like
- Senior-level experience in financial controls, process improvement and governance, with at least 2 years post-qualified experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, control design, automation and audit-ready documentation, with the ability to drive meaningful enhancements across finance.
- A fully qualified finance professional (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively, taking ownership of key governance and improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Experience with D365 or similar financial systems is beneficial.
