Due to continued and rapid growth, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Analytics Manager to join us in Treasury, leading the analytics function in our Ledger and Safeguarding teams. The role is located in Shoreditch, London.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of 3+ analysts responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, sizing opportunities, and deep dive analysis.
- Building and maintaining critical data pipelines and dashboards.
- Performing data reconciliations, hunting down and explaining discrepancies, and building controls to automate these.
- Liaising with FX, Liquidity and Operations teams to understand how to improve your teams’ processes to achieve lower costs and risks.
- You’ll be expected to help stakeholders shape and understand what they want and need, and to help the team shape their work to fit that need.
- You’ll be hands on with your team, leading by example and demonstrating best practice.
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience as an analyst or analytics engineer and 1+ years leading others (can be overlapping).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Mathematical background with a solid grounding in statistics.
- Advanced SQL, Python/R.
- Able to write clean code, build efficient data pipelines, and coach these behaviours in others.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements.
Desirable
- Familiarity with DBT.
- Data modelling in a warehouse context.
- Experience working in a highly-regulated and audited environment.
- Experience working with Financial data and ledgers.
