This role focuses on growth analytics. You will help us pilot strategies, influence direction and ensure that business decisions are based on accurate and scalable financial data.

The Lead Analyst will lead our Growth analytics team in London.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Your principal responsibility is to make an impact and lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers.
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, applying statistical modelling and conducting deep‑dive analysis that influences the company’s strategy.
  • Serve as the conduit between the analytics team and the rest of the organization, shaping stakeholder expectations and aligning team work accordingly.

• The team will focus on the following

  • Analyzing growth drivers and publicizing findings to key decision makers.
  • Building repeatable explanatory frameworks around growth performance.
  • Working with DS teams to build customer models that improve performance understanding.
  • Partnering with other analytics teams to integrate a global perspective into local efforts.
  • Leading and managing a team of three analysts, with the expectation of further growth.

Who You Are

  • 5‑6 years of analyst experience with 2‑5 years of people leadership.
  • Strong analytical ability and intermediate‑to‑advanced SQL skills.
  • Understanding of statistics and modelling, including central tendency, variance, hypothesis testing, feature engineering, regression, and clustering.
  • 2‑4 years in similar roles.
  • Data visualization and storytelling proficiency.
  • Self‑organisation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated impact and willingness to exceed basic role expectations.
  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Mathematical background.

Desirable

  • Experience with dbt.
  • Data modelling in a data‑warehouse context.
  • Understanding of testing and experimental design.
