Job Description Summary We are looking for a Senior Analyst III – Service Delivery to join our team. This role is critical in designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining infrastructure services and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery, with a focus on providing excellent technical support and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for infrastructure services, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Participate in infrastructure deployment and migration projects, supporting implementation activities. Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand and meet business infrastructure needs. Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including incident logs, system records, and process guidelines. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and DXC Technology standards in infrastructure service delivery. Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 1 year in a similar role. Hands-on experience in infrastructure technology analysis, support, and troubleshooting. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical issues and suggest solutions. A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical role within a fast-paced IT environment. Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant IT certifications such as: CompTIA A+ (for foundational IT support skills) AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (for cloud computing knowledge) Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (for end-user service delivery expertise) Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and familiarity with incident management processes.
