Overview
Embark on a transformative journey as a Security Consultant. At Barclays, our vision is clear – To enable ‘secure by design’, supporting the bank’s change programmes, design and implement a secure systems and architecture across a broad set of security domains. These include data security, security risk, asset security, security architecture and engineering (incl. cloud security), communications and networks, security operations, software development, security assurance testing, identity and access management (IAM).
Responsibilities
- Experience with infrastructure and platform security engineering.
- Proficiency in identifying, mitigating, and remediating security weaknesses in technology solutions.
- Good stakeholder and communication skills to influence and drive effective solutions.
Qualifications
- A Cyber Security qualification, such as a degree, master’s, or CISSP certification.
- Experience securing enterprise systems, including M365, AWS, GCloud and operating systems like Windows and Linux.
- Experience in securing Infrastructure, Cloud and Big Data platforms.
