About The Role
At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to expand Revolut Business features in the UK. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and executing the sales operations strategy for Revolut Business
- Establishing and maintaining governance, control, and performance management frameworks across outsourced and regulated sales operations
- Leading quality control (QC), conduct monitoring, KPI management, incentive frameworks, and customer outcome oversight
- Acting as the primary point of contact with outsourced providers across governance and operational delivery
- Providing oversight and support to colleagues undertaking regulated activities within a certified function environment
- Supporting regulatory readiness, reporting processes, and operational controls
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Sales teams to improve operational effectiveness and control standards
- Managing and developing a small team across QC and compliance functions
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives, including private banking operations
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, governance, outsourcing management, or similar roles within banking or financial services
- A solid understanding of governance, control frameworks, and operational risk within regulated environments
- Experience managing outsourced or third‑party operational models
- Expertise in building and managing performance management frameworks, including KPIs, incentives, conduct, QA, or QC processes
- Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks and regulated sales environments
- Great stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- The ability to solve operational problems, taking full ownership from beginning to end
Nice to have:
- Exposure to packaged bank accounts, insurance products, or regulated sales activities
- An insurance qualification (Dip CII) or willingness to complete it
- Experience supporting certified function/SMCR environments
- Banking experience within the UK
