Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual team targets, producing a high‑quality pipeline.
- Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities, engaging and generating prospects through multiple channels and maturing them into sales opportunities.
- Understand buyer personas, build trust and articulate their challenges and potential solutions.
- Work with the Marketing team, Regional Managers and Account Executives to create and execute demand generation for strategic account lists, events and territory planning.
- Represent Kainos as a professional and market‑leading supplier, presenting to prospects and customers to position the company and its offerings.
Qualifications
- Interest in consultative selling methodologies and curiosity about the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a competitive environment to meet deadlines and business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence across telephone, email and social media platforms.
- Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns using technology stacks such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Lead Forensics and Marketo.
- Effective communication and trust‑building with various stakeholders (internal and external).

- Prior experience in inside sales, sales development and customer interaction.
- Experience preparing and presenting content.
