Are you detail-oriented with a passion for legal and regulatory compliance? We’re seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support the drafting, review, and administration of insurance and reinsurance agreements. This role is key to ensuring that all contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with internal standards and industry regulations. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to the quality and integrity of our documentation by applying the right templates, following established processes, and maintaining internal controls. Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and update insurance and reinsurance contracts using approved templates and standards.
- Create new templates and configure them in automation tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Provide contractual advice, draft complex clauses, and support operational teams in document preparation.
- Assist with portfolio transfers, legal transfers, and novations, ensuring proper documentation throughout the process.
- Contribute to improving contract management processes, document libraries, and digital tools.
- Support internal team activities, knowledge sharing, and training of junior staff.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate contractual risks or compliance issues to senior management.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. This is a permanent, part time opportunity, working 2.5 days per week. Work pattern can be discussed during the interview process.

Your skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, insurance law, business law, or related fields; internship or experience in insurance or legal contract management is a plus.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of insurance and reinsurance contracts, clauses, and documentation standards.
- Understanding of compliance and internal control principles.
- Proficiency with contract management systems and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational, time management, and process adherence skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- French language skills are advantageous.
