The role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, timely and compliant delivery of our client's retail and commercial third-party projects at one of its airports, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and in line with agreed requirements.
Working within the Capital Delivery Team, you'll deliver projects that support the airport's retail and commercial operations, ensuring new and enhanced assets meet business needs and align with the agreed business plan.
Operating in a busy, live airport environment, you'll work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully while minimising disruption to ongoing operations.
What will make you successful in the role?
- Experience in managing complex commercial retail and property projects in complex environments.
- APMP PPQ or equivalent project management qualification preferred. xgikmsk
- Professional Body membership or working towards desirable – RICS/CIOB/ICE etc.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; able to engage and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder demands.
