Within the Operations Planning directorate at British Airways, you will support the creation and maintenance of accurate workforce plans, rosters, and training schedules that keep our flying programme running effectively. This role reports to the Resource Planning Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain resource, training and roster plans for operationally critical teams
  • Ensure plans for cabin crew, flight crew and Heathrow business areas are accurate, compliant and aligned to operational requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across planning, training, and the wider business to support resourcing needs
  • Produce reporting and analyse data to monitor performance and identify improvements
  • Maintain high data quality across systems and provide planning‑related administrative support
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficient delivery of planning processes

Work Pattern

Roles are typically Monday to Friday with rostered weekend work due to flight crew training operations. Working hours may range between 07:00 and 19:30. Shift‑based roles offer an additional shift allowance.
