As our Reporting Finance Manager, you'll help shape how the business understands performance, providing the reporting, forecasting and analytical insight that enables leaders to make informed commercial decisions. You'll own the development of high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions that bring together financial and operational performance, transforming complex data into clear, actionable stories.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our reporting capability. Working at the intersection of Finance, Commercial and Business Intelligence teams, you'll help move the business from traditional spreadsheet-based reporting towards intuitive, insight-led dashboards that empower stakeholders to self-serve information and focus on driving performance.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong reporting expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change.
You'll ideally bring:
A recognised accountancy qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA, alongside relevant post-qualified experience within Reporting, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis within a finance function.
Advanced Excel skills and experience managing, interpreting and analysing large, complex datasets.
Strong Power BI capability, including building interactive dashboards from the ground up and creating self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
Experience writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse data from large datasets and data warehouses.
Experience designing intuitive dashboards and data visualisations that focus on insight, usability and decision-making rather than static reporting.
The ability to convert complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
