Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

We’re looking for a Product Strategy Lead focusing on regional growth, based out of our HQ in London. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategy and guide teams driving our product development in our fastest growing markets.

Your mission:

  • Partner with regional business units to develop Wise’s regional growth strategies, guiding the investments we make across these regional business units.
  • Grow the capacity for strategic, long term thinking within each business unit - and build the routines and ceremonies that ensure that we’re always learning from what we’ve built so far, and looking forward and thinking of what to build next.
  • Effectively communicate these narratives - across the world, within the company, to our board and even externally.
  • Own the framework for how we set and review KPI targets for our business units.

You may be a good fit if:

  • You have 5-10 years of experience, ideally in a commercial, product or strategy role at a leading Tech Company, or Strategy Consulting.
  • You’re proficient at coding in SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Spreadsheets are your second language.
  • You have the ability to step back, draw the signal from the noise, and communicate this with simplicity and clarity.
  • Bias to action: you’re scrappy, able to move fast and independently unblock yourself without perfect conditions.
  • Though you may be required to hire a team, this is primarily an individual contributor role - you love getting your hands dirty and into the weeds.
  • You’re curious and don’t stop at the first answer.
  • You’ve led lean, effective strategy or analytical teams before.

Additional Information:

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
