This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of immediate, high-visibility executive execution and long-term regional customer strategy.

You will serve as a key bridge between global strategy evolution and regional execution, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into tangible business impact and long-term customer success.

You will lead the external engagement strategy and day-to-day execution for Regional Leader(s) interacting with critical external counterparts.

You will act as an advisor, managing executive-level customer touch-points, shaping high-profile briefings, and quarterbacking critical account escalations across the organization.

You will also use these executive touch-points and data-driven insights to architect the region's broader customer growth and adoption plans.

You will design, scale, and lead strategic programs that accelerate customer adoption (such as AI and Gemini activation).

This role is a Key Advisor to the Regional Leader(s).

You will possess a unique blend of high-level thinking, crisis-management composure, and exceptional operational excellence.

You will be an expert at navigating complex matrixed environments and have a proven track record of advising executive leaders and driving large-scale change.

  • Spain: €110000 - €113000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with strategy and management consulting, corporate strategy, executive operations, or a customer-facing advisory role (e. g., chief of staff, account or delivery management) at a technology firm.
  • 7 years of experience in global programs or project management managing executive cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with the cloud market, running services businesses, managing executive-level customer programs, or resolving customer escalations.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving experience combined with sound business judgment, operational excellence in high-visibility event and engagement readiness, and the ability to manage dynamic, large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, \"team-first\" environment.
  • Exceptional ability to provide candid, high-level advisory to executive leaders, navigate sensitive organizational dynamics, and maintain composure and focus during high-stakes customer escalations
  • A \"can-do\" attitude with the flexibility to prioritize tasks effectively, switch gears between long-term strategy, crisis management, and tactical execution, and deliver results in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, incubate, and scale programs and vertical-specific incubation businesses.

Steer the execution of global initiatives within the region, ensuring they are translated into actual business impact and derive actionable insights from managed projects to refine commercialization tactics and address regional priorities with agility.

  • Develop and lead regional strategies that require deep subject-matter knowledge to drive customer adoption and accelerate business growth, including specific focus areas like AI and Gemini activation.
  • Guide high-visibility account escalations across the organization to swift resolution. Work closely with account teams to shape executive engagements.
  • Shape end-to-end briefings, content framing, and itineraries for executive leaders for high-visibility external engagements, customer summits, and regional trips.
  • Develop and execute the external engagement strategy for the Regional Leader(s). Influence direction for complex organizational designs and commercial shifts.
