We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our UK Operational Training team in Redhill. This role is vital in supporting the growth and development of our operational teams, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
What you'll be doing:
- You will coordinate and deliver onboarding training programs for new starters to help them succeed.
- You will organize and run ongoing training sessions to support the business’s needs.
- You will keep all training materials current and ensure they are well-organized.
- You will maintain accurate records of all training activities, making sure GDPR and compliance standards are followed.
- You will evaluate each training session and use feedback to improve future sessions.
- You will build strong relationships with managers, HR, and the Learning & Development team to make sure training is effective and relevant.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in training coordination or learning & development.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Experience with training software and record-keeping systems.
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
