AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current business processes across departments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, developing clear, practical solutions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions to reduce costs and streamline operations.

  • Support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in analyzing and improving business processes, ideally within insurance or related industries.

  • Knowledge of insurance systems and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Solvency II, or AML is a plus.
