hackajob is collaborating with AND Digital to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.

At AND, we accelerate the development of digital capabilities. In practice, that means helping ambitious leaders and organisations build the teams, products, processes and even operational structures they need to close the digital skills gap within their organisation today, so that they thrive tomorrow. Clients rely on our experience, agility and craft skills across tech and business strategy, software development, AI and product management to address some of the toughest challenges facing their businesses. We bring aboard thinkers, tinkerers, passionate software craftspeople and inspiring technologists to help us solve these challenges. Together, we’re united by a sense of pragmatism, purpose and a deeply-held belief that digital products and technology alone won’t transform a business or save the world: it’s the people that count.

As a Senior Product Consultant you’re probably a digital product professional or consultant wanting to use your practical experience to help our clients deliver business success through better digital products, building great teams, approaches and long-lasting value. Whatever your background, you’ll be working with our clients to:

  • Review and assess digital product organisations, strategies and ways of working.
  • Setup new approaches, governance, tools and templates to embed lasting change.
  • Design and refine product, UX and delivery functions and teams.
  • Work closely with client teams to transition to an agile product culture and mindset.
  • Help deliver inspiring product visions, meaningful strategies and effective discoveries.
  • Make a difference for our clients whilst managing risks and ambiguity.
  • Apply a commercial mindset: identifying opportunities to support our clients.

To do that it is essential you bring the following:

  • Consulting Experience: Proven experience working as a consultant or embedded advisor within a variety of complex or matrix organizations.
  • Product Management Foundations: Clear, practical experience in modern product management, discovery frameworks, and product metrics.
  • Agile & Systems Literacy: A clear understanding of agile delivery at scale, and the ability to view an organization as an interconnected system to find sustainable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at all levels. The ability to build rapport quickly, welcome diverging viewpoints constructively, and help teams resolve delivery hurdles.
  • Commercial Awareness: An ability to naturally spot organic business development opportunities that genuinely benefit the client during an engagement.
  • People Development: Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting the professional development and career progression of others.
  • Data Literacy: Experience using data to inform product decisions, establish KPIs, and measure product success (comfort with tools like product analytics, dashboards, or user data metrics), alongside a curiosity around leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance your daily work.

From the work we deliver, to the way we serve and support our people, we work hard to ensure that there’s nowhere quite like AND. But joining a company is a two-way street: the fit has to work on both sides. So before you apply, here’s three key things to understand about us:

  • We’re built for people - like, real humans. Not ‘resources’ or ‘staff’. That means happiness and wellbeing really do matter to us, and we hate unnecessary hierarchy and bureaucracy.
  • There’s no well-trodden path ahead: AND is growing fast and forging a new trail. That’s exciting, and gives us all the autonomy and opportunity we love - but bear in mind it also demands focus, patience and resilience.
  • Diversity is a priority. After all, to build great products that a wide variety of different people love to use, we need a wide variety of people to help us build them. So diversity is more than a policy or a word: it’s business critical for us.
