Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and delivery focused Provisioning Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end ordering and activation of connectivity and network services, including broadband, FTTP, Ethernet, DIA, and related access technologies. This role is central to ensuring seamless, accurate, and timely provisioning activity across the business, supporting the transformation agenda led by the Head of Delivery Operations.
Working as a critical operational specialist within the Delivery Operations function, the Provisioning Manager ensures that all connectivity orders are placed correctly, progressed efficiently, escalated appropriately, and completed to the highest standard. This role plays a key part in safeguarding customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue assurance by ensuring accuracy in ordering, supplier engagement, jeopardy management, and internal communication.
The ideal candidate will bring strong telecoms provisioning expertise, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to streamline processes through better workflow design, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making. You will work closely with the Head of Delivery Operations to evolve how the provisioning function supports transformation across the Centres of Excellence.
