Who are we looking for?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join the Gamma Business Professional Services team. This role involves managing a high volume of change and delivery requests for Channel Partners, applying strong project governance and risk management to ensure successful outcomes. The position covers both partner-facing and internal projects, as well as supporting wider programmes and initiatives. You will be working within a fast-paced, dynamic Professional Services environment where priorities shift rapidly, project work is consistently unique, and adaptability is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad range of Gamma products and services, including data and telephony solutions, UCaaS and CCaaS, base migrations, number porting and migrations, and supporting the delivery of complex projects and programmes. The Project Coordinator will lead on Managed Delivery and lower-complexity projects, while also supporting Project Managers and Programme Managers on more complex initiatives. Project Coordinators are expected to understand, represent, and actively promote departmental and company strategy and goals at all times.
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Lead and deliver Managed Delivery and lower‑complexity projects end‑to‑end across the Gamma portfolio, coordinating the delivery of any product or service.
- Support Project Managers and Programme Managers on complex and large‑scale projects and programmes, including leading migration projects and coordinating high‑volume activities such as large broadband and porting workstreams.
- Define and agree project scope, develop delivery plans, and set clear milestones.
- Engage with customers throughout the lifecycle, maintaining communication and managing expectations.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, delivery trackers and RAID logs.
- Manage project change and scope, ensuring appropriate controls and approvals are followed.
- Identify, assess, mitigate and control risks using initiative and available resources.
- Support contingency planning and change control processes.
- Manage third‑party suppliers and their associated deliverables.
- Complete assigned work-packages from Lead PMs, including provisioning tasks where required.
- Support milestone, stage, jeopardy and escalation management.
- Manage project costs and resource allocation.
- Support revenue forecasting, reporting and billing triggers.
- Complete purchase order processes to engage suppliers for outsourced work.
- Undertake project closure activities, including customer and supplier handovers.
- Capture and report lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Support the sales process by preparing professional services quotes and engaging suppliers.
- Represent and promote departmental and company strategy and goals at all times.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience working in provisioning.
- Experience working within a project team / delivering project.
- Experience coordinating high volume projects (desirable).
- Has an understanding of project methodology.
- Telcom background.
