As a Product Director, Solutions Engineering in the Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data and Analytics Office at JPMorganChase, you will lead a small group of engineers to help clients adopt Fusion end to end. You will work directly with Line of Business technologists to understand their commercial goals and co‑design solutions using Fusion components. You will develop, document, and road‑show common solutions (paved paths) to accelerate Fusion adoption. This role combines hands‑on technical work with people management, offering the chance to shape both team culture and platform strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of Solutions Engineers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their commercial AI goals

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Hands‑on experience applying cloud‑based AI technologies at scale in Finance
- Proven experience working directly with Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver AI solutions to production
- Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for scale, reliability, and controls
- Experience overseeing the work of other experienced AI engineers
- Excellent collaboration skills across product, engineering, and client teams
- Hands‑on AI experience
- Significant years of engineering experience
