In Our Team You Will
- Build digital products for clients, deploying hands‑on mastery and leading others.
- Adapt to varying client domains and technology stacks, maintain a focus on value, propose efficient solutions, and contribute to internal communities by sharing knowledge and learning.
AI‑Assisted Engineering
Adopt AI‑assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, etc.) responsibly for code generation, testing, documentation, and analysis, while understanding limitations, protecting client data, and improving delivery speed and quality.
SRE & Observability
Implement a reliability mindset, design operable services, measure through SLIs/SLOs, implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing), lead incident response and post‑incident reviews to drive learning.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with the AWS cloud platform and core services.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes for build, deployment, and operational support in production.
- Proven use of Infrastructure as Code, ideally with AWS CDK.
- Working knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) within Agile/DevOps teams.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices.
